Users can access a comprehensive database of the latest events, startup schools, top startup incubators, and investors. Founders can submit a complete form for evaluation to be featured in the startup section, creating opportunities to connect with facilitators and investors. If you prefer to keep your request private and not display it publicly, you can confidentially submit your evaluation request by completing the form in the evaluation section. Founders can request consultations on various topics by completing a form in the consultation section. This Agreement defines the terms of the Member's participation, rights, and responsibilities within the NEXT ROUND Community. The Member agrees to uphold NEXT ROUND's core values of honesty, integrity, excellence, knowledge sharing, impact-driven approaches, empowering others, innovation, cultural openness, and humility. Additionally, the Member commits to following the NEXT ROUND Code of Conduct, which may be updated periodically, to foster a respectful, inclusive, and collaborative environment.

Membership evaluations will be conducted objectively, focusing solely on candidates' alignment with our community's values and ethos.
Members commit to resolving any disputes with the community or its members in a constructive and professional manner, following the principles outlined in the NEXT ROUND Code of Conduct.
Members agree that during and after the term of this Agreement, any confidential information received from NEXT ROUND or its members must not be disclosed. Confidential information includes business operations, financial matters, current and proposed products or services, research, proprietary software, personal information of members, and any other information deemed confidential by NEXT ROUND. Members agree to use this information exclusively for NEXT ROUND activities unless explicitly authorized in writing by NEXT ROUND. These obligations will survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
Members agree to engage with any NEXT ROUND digital platforms or communication tools in accordance with the Code of Conduct and any additional guidelines set forth by NEXT ROUND.
NEXT ROUND shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the Member's participation in the Community.
